I love spnicach&panner curry and have tried so many recipes including the ones from my Indian friends but not of them worked for me and reached the restaurnt quality but yours!! One thing I should note here is that those curry you can enjoy in any authentic indian restaurant uses lots of oil or butter. Obviously that makes curry more tastier, but my recipes use very less amount of oil. For that reason, am not sure if my spinach paneer tastes like the one you have had in the restaurants.
