it is from USA called FUYU. you, persimmon is one of the famous fruits in the world. especially, there are many kind of persimmon in Japan. there is also HACHIYA. Some day, I will try one^^
oven baked chestnuts from Italy. taste is slitely different, but texture is the same. nice aroma and enjoyable cracking nuts. It is a very challenge to stop eating^^
Finally, finally, I could bake such a beautiful loaf!! I learned lots through practicing. Dough needs to be simple, not put a huge amount of whole wheet, oats, or 12 grains...that's it!
