Ingredients

50 mins
14-piece
  1. 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 2 numbers Egg
  3. 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  5. 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla essence
  6. 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  7. 2 tablespoons Sugar
  8. 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients together thoroughly in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Pour into a greased and dusted cake tin

  3. 3

    Bake at 360 degree Fahrenheit for 50 minutes (or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean)

Food is my solace anytime. And cakes and desserts are the best for that. For my first 3 years of baking I had to get innovative since I didn't have an oven. And so all my cakes or anything I baked were in pressure cookers!! The food I make is simple and easy, no fancy stuff here :) ( Am still a rookie when it comes to cooking ) I love Japanese, Malay and American cuisines.
