Apple and Chestnuts cake

材料

All purpose flour
180g
Whole Wheat flour
180g
1table spoon
salt
a pinch
butter
180g
3
1&1/2
chestnuts
150g
milk
2table spoon

作り方

  1. 1

    make butter soften and whip with sugar in a bowl

    add eggs one by one. mix we'll each times

  3. 3

    bolt flours, BP and salt. add into butter bowl in 3times.

    mix we'll but be careful not to knead.

    add sliced apples and chestnuts(baked and crashed).

    add milk to make smooth when apple and nuts almost mixed.

    put perch meant paper on the baking pan

  8. 8

    pour mixture into the pan

    decorate the surfice with pecan, almond or what you like :)

    bake in the oven (preheat to 360*) for 35-45 minutes

    let it sit in the pan for 3minutes

  12. 12

    let it cool on the cooling wire.
