材料 （ 1 loaf ）
flour
1 1/2 c.
sugar
1/3 c.
baking soda
1 tsp.
salt
1 tsp.
eggs

oil
1/4 c.
zucchini, shredded
1
lemon zest
1 tsp.
walnuts, chopped & toasted
1 c.
white chocolate chips
1/2 c.

Preheat oven to 350F(180C).

In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and set aside.

In a mwdium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the oil, zucchini and lemon zest.

Pour the zucchini mixture into the flour mixture.

Add the walnuts and and chocolate, mix until just combine.

Pour the butter into the greased loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour.
