Yogurt Cheese Cake

Yogurt Cheese Cake
So simple to bake! Just mix everything in a bowl!

材料 ( make 1 )

crust
1
plain yogurt
1 cup
cream cheese softened
1 package (about 200g)
eggs
2
flour
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/3 cup
lemon juice (option)
2 Tbsp

Prepare your favorite crust. I usually use this. ID: 330805

Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake about 40 - 50 min.

Let the cake cool for a while on a wire rack.

Put the cake in a fridge and let it cool completely. Enjoy!

1 cup = 240 ml, 1 Tbsp = 15 ml
