Quiche Crust キッシュ台

材料
(20 cm pie tin)
●Chilled Butter (Unsalted, Cut into 2cm Pieces)
100g
●Flour
120g
Ice Water
2 Large Tbs
Flour
1 Large Tbs
このレシピの生い立ち
I like a quiche. This is very crispy.
1.
Pulse ● in a FP untill the mixture resembles a coarse meal.
2.
Add water and gather dough into ball flatten into disk.
3.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
4.
Preheat the oven at 220C.
5.
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a pan size.
6.
Fit into a pan, pressing dough into edges and corners.
7.
Line pie with cooking paper, fill with weights.
8.
Bake for 20 min., remove from oven.
9.
Remove paper and weights. Poke the pie bottom with a fork .
10.
Return to oven and bake for 5 min. or until lightly golden.
11.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool while making filling.
