  1. 1 bowl bamboo shoots or kardi
  2. 1 bowl chopped onion
  3. 2 tsp chopped green chilies
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tsp rice flour or as needed until binding properly
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  8. 1/2 tsp meat masala powder
  9. as needed Salt
  10. 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large bowl. Add 1 bowl of bamboo shoots, chopped onions, green chilies, crushed garlic, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala powder, meat masala, salt, rice flour, coriander leaves and mix this well with your hand.

    Heat a tawa and add some refined oil. Give the bamboo shoot mixture round shapes and add into the oil, press gently. Let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes and flip it. Gently press it and fry until both the sides gets golden brown and crispy.

    Serve the bamboo shoot cutlets with hot rice.
