I always cook this healthy soup for my busy hubby

1.5hours
2-3 porsi
  1. 400 gr pork ribs
  2. 1 whole corn
  3. 3 carrots
  4. 5 pc red dates
  5. 1 handful of goji berries
  6. 1.5 ltr water
  7. some salt

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Blanched the pork ribs with hot water to get rid of the smell, set aside (you can put 1 or 2 slice old ginger too)

    Boil 1.5ltr of water, & put in the pork ribs, honey dates, red dates & goji berries

  3. 3

    After it boil again, turn it down to small fire & let it simmer

  4. 4

    After 1 hr, put in the corn

  5. 5

    After 1.5hr, put in the carrots

  6. 6

    Add some salt to the taste

  7. 7

    Ready to serve !

    You can change the pork ribs to chicken as well, & you can add some potatoes too
