Ingredients

1 cup red lentils

2 cups water

3 cloves garlic

1 small onion

1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup milk

to taste salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions

Wash lentils thouroughly. Saute garlic and onions.

Add lentils and water. Cover pan, let boil and simmer for 15 minutes or when lentils start to dry and double in size.

Add butter and milk then stir. Simmer for 5 more minutes with continuous stirring.

Salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
