Beef Sichuan
I'm chinese and I like to cook chinese food. This is one of my favorite chinese food. It's a simple version and this recipe is written by myself. So, correct me if the ingredients are wrong.
Bahan-bahan

300 gr of beef (sliced into thin strips)

120-150 ml of water

6 pcs longbeans (cut into 3-4 cm) [you can use beans]

2 tablespoon of salt soya sauce

3-3.5 table spoon of sweet soya sauce

1-1.5 teaspon of brown sugar (of course you can use Indonesian 'gula jawa' and you can mash it before you pour it)

0.5 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 tablespoon of margarine
Cara Membuat

Heat the margarine with high fire.

Put all beef and pour the water. Wait until the water decrease.

If the water has been decreased a lot and the beef has been tender, put the minced garlic and the long beans. Stir together with beef using smaller fire.

After you stir together the garlic, beef, long beans, and water, pour all soya sauce (both the sweet and the salt). Stir again for 30-60 seconds)

Pour the brown sugar. Stir again for about 30-40 seconds or until it mixed well.

For the last, pour the salt (if you want).
