Fish curry
Ingredients

1/2 kg murrel fish

1/2 Onion, finely chopped

4 Tomatoes, medium sized (finely blend on mixer jar with 3 flakes of garlic)

2 green chillies, slit

1 inch ginger finely chopped

4 tablespoons chilli powder

4 tablespoons coriander powder
-
200 ml tamarind juice with a gooseberry size tamarind

200 ml water

50 ml cooking oil

1/2 tablespoon mustard
-
1/4 tablespoon jeera
-
10 fenugreek seeds
-
little curry and coriander leaves

as per taste Salt
Cooking Instructions

Take a deep pan and keep it in a small burner, pour 50 ml oil,let it gets heat,Then season it with mustard, jeera, fenugreek.let it gets burst, then add onion and green chilli, chopped ginger with turmeric powder,fry it for 2 minutes.

Then add tomato purée,chilli powder, coriander powder, tamarind juice, salt as required, add 200 ml water to this mixture, allow it to boil

After boiling adjust the flame to medium and cover it with a lid.

Boil it for almost 15 minutes till the oil separates, once oil separates put the fish in it,then cover again,allow it to boil for 5 minutes

Finally garnish with curry and coriander leaves,our spicy fish curry is ready
