Mashed matoke n groundnut sauce

Ingredients

  1. 250 g ground nuts softly grounded
  2. 1 onion finely chopped
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 8 large green bananas peeled

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the bananas until soft. Then mash them

  2. 2

    In another pan, heat one tablespoon of oil then add in the finely chopped onions.

    Add in the ground nuts then stir evenly.add in milk then let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve with your mashed bananas.
