  1. 1 cup chikoo pulp
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup milk powder
  4. 1/4 cup cashews
  5. 1/4 cup almonds
  6. 1 tbsp ghee
  7. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  8. pinch Saffron

Cooking Instructions

    Roast the dry fruits. Cool it down completely and grind them.

    Now in pan heat ghee. Add chikoo pulp. Then add desiccated coconut, milk powder, sugar, saffron, cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture leaves the pan. Cook on medium flame.

    Lastly add roasted dry fruit powder. Cook for 2 min.

    Transfer in a greased tray. Garnish it with dry fruits. Let it cool down completely. Cut it into pieces and serve.
