  1. 15-20 pcs moong daal mangodi
  2. 1 potato (diced)
  3. 2 tomato (pureed)
  4. 1/3 cup green peas
  5. 2 tsp ghee /oil
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/3 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tsp salt as per taste
  10. 1 tsp jeera
  11. Pinch hing


  1. Change

    In a karahi heat oil, fry until crisp and brown.

    It should look like this.

    Keep all ingredients ready

  4. Change

    In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add jeera and hing. Also add tomato puree, turmeric powder and coriander powder, saute for few minutes

  5. Change

    Add, potato, green peas, mangodi and salt, close the lid.

  6. Change

    After 2 whistles check if done.

  7. Change

    Garnish with coriander and serve.
