Ingredients

  1. 1 cup All purpose flour
  2. 1 Cup milk
  3. Pinch yellow color/kesar threads
  4. Pinch baking soda (optional)
  5. 4 tsp ghee
  6. For chasani
  7. 1 katori sugar
  8. 1/2 katori pani
  9. Kesar threads
  10. 2 elaichi powder

    Milk ko garam karke thoda thanda hone de normal tepreture pe

    Ek bowl me flour lijiye usme milk add karein yellow colour mix karke achhe se fette or 1-2hours tak rest dijiye

    After 2he ek nonstick tave ko garam karein or chote chote malpua utare ek side pe.ghee lagake dusari side bhi palat dijiye

    Dono side se achhe se slow to medium gas pe sikane de

  5. 5

    Chasani ke liye ek pan me sugar or water mix karein or elaichi powder or kesar thread add karke slow gas pe 7-10min tak pakane de chasani thick ho jayegi to gas off karde

    Malpuwa ko garam chasani me deep karke bahar nikal dijiye

  7. 7

    Uper se pista or badam se garnish karein

    Aap rabdi banake malpuwa ke saath serve kar sakte he yummy lagata he
