Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cup makhana (phool makhana or fox nut) halke se deshi ghee me roast kiye huye
  2. 1/2 cup whisked curd (yogurt or dahi)
  3. 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
  4. 1/4 tsp black salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add whisked yogurt to it.

  2. 2

    Now add roasted jeera powder to it.

  3. 3

    Add black salt as well.

  4. 4

    Now you can directly add roasted makhana or (first roast makhana in a frying pan with desi ghee till it becomes brown) to the bowl and mix it well.

    Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.

    You makhana raita is ready😊

    You can eat this during navratri festival season as well
