Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cup Quinoa
  2. 2 cup Water
  3. 1 cup Mix veggies (carrot, peas broccoli) boiled
  4. 1 cup Palak cut finely
  5. 1 Green onion chopped
  6. Chat masala
  7. 1/4tsp masala
  8. 2 Green chilli
  9. leaves Coriander
  10. 1 Onion chopped
  11. 2 tbsp Cornflour
  12. to taste Salt
  13. 2 tbsp Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat 2cup water.when boiled add quinoa

  2. 2

    When half done add palak. When done drain in colander. Chunk once in mixi.

    Add veggies and all other ingredients mix well.make balls and desired shape

    Heat nonstick tawa apply oil.roast kabab from both sides
