This is not too spicy,but gives a very nice taste.It goes well with roti and rice...

  1. 100 Grams Soya Chunks (mini)
  2. 1 Cup Mattar (green peas)
  3. 1 Onion chopped
  4. 2 Tomatoes
  5. 1 Teaspoon Chilli powder
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  7. 3 Tablespoons masala Meat
  8. 2 Teaspoons Garam masala
  9. 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves chopped
  10. 5 Tablespoons Oil
  11. 1 Cup water

    Soak the soya chunks in water for 30 mins.

    Heat oil in a kadai.Add onion and saute it for a minute.Add soaked soya and green peas(i used fresh peas,if you have dry peas soak it overnight).Fry it until soya becomes light brown and peas get cooked.

    Now add tomatoes and all dry powders and salt.Cook it with 1 cup of water.Make it dry and add chopped coriander leves.
