Aloo(potato) Methi(fenugreek leaves)

This is a very simple recipe, without adding too many masalas .But the combination of aloo and methi gives a very nice taste.And the garlic adds it...

Ingredients

  1. 3 potatoes
  2. 2 Cups Methi
  3. 1 Tablespoon Garlic chopped
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric
  5. 1 green Chilli
  6. Salt
  7. Oil

Method

    Cut the potatoes into cubes.

    Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic.Fry it until it becomes cook.Add potatoes and mix well.Cover it with a lid.Once the potatoes are half done add salt,turmeric,green chilli and chopped methi.

    Let it cook completely and make it dry.Serve it with roti.
