A simple and tasty side dish that goes well with rice.
Ingredients

1 Papaya

1 Onion

2 Onion Small

2 Garlic

2 Green Chillies

1 Teaspoon mustard seeds

1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 Coconut
Cooking Instructions

Cut the papaya into small square pieces. Mix this with chopped onions and salt, and keep it aside for 15 minutes

Heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds. Add the papaya into this, with turmeric powder, and fry for a minute or two. Now simmer the stove, and cook till the papaya is done(stir occasionally)

Meanwhile, grind together grated coconut, small onions, garlic and green chillis in the smallest jar of the mixie.(don't add water.It should not become a paste)

Add the ground mixture to the papaya, mix well, and cook for a minute or two.
