Paneer Pakoda is a tasty snack made out of cottage cheese. It is crispy outside and soft inside.
Cut the paneer block into thick rectangular pieces. Sprinkle red chilli powder on the pieces and keep them aside for 10 minutes.
Prepare the batter by mixing gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and water.
Heat oil in a pan. Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and fry till they turn brown.
Serve hot with pudina chutney.
