  1. 1/4 Cup Rava
  2. 1 Cup Milk
  3. 1.5 Cups Water
  4. 3.5 Tablespoons Sugar
  5. Cardamom Powder
  6. 1/2 Tablespoon ghee
  7. 1/2 Tablespoon Raisins
  8. 1/2 Tablespoon cashew Nut

    Boil milk + water in a sauce pan

  2. Add Photo

    Add rava to the milk slowly, stirring constantly so that no lumps are formed.Bring the mixture to boil.

  3. Add Photo

    Once the rava is properly cooked, add sugar and cardamom powder, and mix well.Switch off the stove.

  4. Add Photo

    Heat ghee in a pan, and add cashew to it, and fry till it becomes light brown.Now add raisins and fry till it puffs up.

    Switch off the stove and pour the fried mixture over the prepared thari kanji.
