This is a very tasty dish goes well with rice and chapatti:)

Ingredients

5-serving
  1. 1 Kilogram Squid
  2. 3 Onion Sliced
  3. 1 Tablespoon Ginger chopped
  4. 1 Tablespoon Garlic chopped
  5. 2 Green chillies sliced
  6. 1.5 Teaspoons Chilli powder
  7. 5 Teaspoons Turmeric powder .
  8. 2 Teaspoons masala Meat
  9. 1 Teaspoon Garam masala
  10. 1 Tablespoon Pepper powder
  11. Salt Curry leaves , Oil ,
  12. 1 Teaspoon Mustard seeds
  13. 5 Cups Coconut pieces . .

Method

    Add Photo

    Clean and cut the squids into small pieces.

    Add Photo

    Cook the squid with 1teaspoon of chili powder,turmeric powder salt and coconut pieces.Prefer open cook with high flame.No need of adding water.

    Heat oil(1/4 cup) in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.Add onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies and curry leaves.Saute it until it becomes light brown color.

    Once it is done add chilli powder and meat masala.Fry it for a minute and add the cooked squid.Fry it for some time.Finally add garam masala and pepper powder and curry leaves and switch of the flame.
