Brussels Sprouts Salad with Pear and Cheddar

  1. 150 Grams Brussels sprouts
  2. 1 pear
  3. 50 Grams almonds
  4. 40 Grams Cheddar nutty
  5. 2 thyme springs of fresh
  6. 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  7. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  8. 1 Pinch sea salt
  9. 1 Pinch black pepper

    Boil the sprouts briefly.

    Roast the almonds in the oven (preheated to 180°C) or frying pan, until they are lightly browned (8 minutes). Chop the nuts roughly.

    Slice the Brussels sprouts.

    Quater and core the pear, and slice it.

    Crumble or cut the Cheddar.

    Toss the ingredients and arrange on a plate.
