Plain Banana Nut Milkshake

A very plain milkshake.Peanut butter works as a good substitute to sunflower seed butter and coconut milk is a good substitute for dairy milk.



  1. 1 Cup milk
  2. 1/4 Cup yogurt plain
  3. 2 bananas
  4. 1.5 Tablespoons sunflower seed butter

    Peel banana, cut into 4 pieces, and freeze for at least 1 hour before using. The milkshake will be colder and more refreshing this way.

    Add milk, yogurt, bananas, and sunflower seed butter to blender.
