A delicious fall treat that smells like Thanksgiving (actually it smells like cinnamon and pumpkin but that's close enough).

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 Cups AP flour
  2. 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  4. 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
  5. 1 Teaspoon salt
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  8. 2 Cups sugar
  9. 2 Cups pumpkin

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Add Photo

    In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

    In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and pumpkin.

    Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.

  5. Add Photo

    Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
