Tangy Marinated Pork Chops

Juicy, tangy baked pork chops. A quick and easy recipe that makes for a tasty dinner. Double the sauce to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

  1. 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  2. 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  3. 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  4. 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  5. 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  6. 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  7. 3 Pork Chops

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    In a bowl, mix and thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.

    Place pork chops in a baking dish and spread 1/2 the sauce mixture over the top.

    Bake pork chops 30 minutes. Flip, and spread with remaining sauce mixture. Bake another 30 minutes or until pork chops are thoroughly cooked.
