Greek salad is a popular classic dish. The recipe here brings a variation with avocado.

  1. 1 iceberg butterhead lettuce Cos , or
  2. 8 tomatoes cocktail
  3. 1 red onion
  4. 1 avocado ripe
  5. 10 black olives
  6. 300 Grams feta cheese
  7. 1/2 lemon juice of a
  8. 4 Tablespoons Greek extra-virgin oil
  9. 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  10. 1 Pinch pepper freshly ground
  11. 1 Pinch salt

    Cut the lettuce into bite-size pieces. Cut cocktail tomatoes in half or quarters. Cut onions into thin rings.
