Finger licking assured
Grind coriander powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,cumin seeds,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom pods,fennel and vinegar.
Marinate the chicken with half of the masala, salt, one tsp of ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil and saute chopped onions till it become golden brown. Add in ginger garlic paste.Later add tomatoes and saute well.
Finally add rest of the masala and cook till the raw smell disappears.Add chicken and curry leaves to it and cook with the lid closed.
In between saute well and add coconut milk.Open the lid and cook till the gravy is very thick and until the chicken pieces are well coated.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
