Chicken Fried Rice

Healthy chicken fried rice.

Ingredients

  1. 2 chicken Boneless Thighs
  2. 3/4 Cup Green Beans Chopped
  3. 3/4 Cup carrots chopped
  4. 1/2 Cup Capsicum Small (green pepper)
  5. 1 Bunch Spring Onion chopped
  6. 1/2 Cup Onions Sliced
  7. 1 To Taste Salt
  8. 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
  9. 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  10. 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  11. 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  12. 4 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  13. 2 1/2 Cups Basmati Rice
  14. To Taste salt
  15. 1 Teaspoon Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Boil water in a pot and add rice, salt and oil into it. Drain the excess water when the rice is cooked. (Avoid over cooking the rice)

    Heat 4 tablespoon Vegetable oil in a wok and add chicken, salt and 1 teaspoon pepper powder and stir fry.Then add sliced onions and when the onions turn slight brown in color, add chopped beans and carrots. Saute the vegetable along with the chicken.(The Vegetables should not loose it's crispness)

    Add Photo

    Add chopped capsicum (green pepper) and soya sauce,vinegar to stir fried chicken and vegetable. Add cooked rice.Sprinkle sugar and pepper powder and chopped spring Onion. turn the stove off and keep the wok covered for a minute. Fried Rice is ready to serve now :)
