.. a very simple recipe.But tastes something different from the other fried rice..
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadai and fry the mushroom and keep aside.
On the same pan add 2 more tablespoon oil and add garlic and ginger.Saute it in high flame for a minute.Add onion and capsicum and salt.Cook it until it becomes soft.
Add cooked rice,mushroom,soy sauce and pepper powder.Give a nice mix.Add more salt if necessary.Add spring onion.
