Mushroom Fried Rice

.. a very simple recipe.But tastes something different from the other fried rice..

Ingredients

  1. 3 Cups Basmathi rice Boiled
  2. 1 Onion chopped
  3. 1.5 Cups Capsicum (red,yellow,green chopped)
  4. 1 Cup Mushroom (parboiled and sliced)
  5. 1 Tablespoon Ginger chopped
  6. 1 Tablespoon Garlic chopped
  7. 4 Tablespoons refined oil
  8. 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  9. 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder

  11. 1/4 Cup Spring onion chopped

Method

    Add Photo

    Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadai and fry the mushroom and keep aside.

    Add Photo

    On the same pan add 2 more tablespoon oil and add garlic and ginger.Saute it in high flame for a minute.Add onion and capsicum and salt.Cook it until it becomes soft.

    Add cooked rice,mushroom,soy sauce and pepper powder.Give a nice mix.Add more salt if necessary.Add spring onion.
