Ice Cream Bread

Everyone needs a midnight craving bread recipe. This one is a teeny step above the cake in the mug microwave recipe.

Ingredients

2-serving
  1. 1 1/2 Self rising flour
  2. 2 Cups Ice cream of your choice

Method

30 mins
  1. Add Photo

    Preheat your oven to 350.

  2. Add Photo

    Spray and flour a 8 x 4 loaf pan

  3. Add Photo

    In a medium bowl mix the ice cream and flour together until just combined. Note: I threw in some dark chocolate chunks. So go ahead and make it your own.

  4. Add Photo

    Scoop into the loaf and and smooth out.

  5. Add Photo

    Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in the loaf comes out with a few crumbs stuck to it.

    Dig in! I don't believe in waiting for it to cool. It tastes like nutella on a slice of bread. So I don't think I will be making this too often. But it is a fun science experiment nonetheless.
