Chocolate Lava Cake (with Chocolate Ganache)

This is one of my own experiments that turned out to be really good for me :D Got a little left over ganache with you, try this little twist to get a delicious lava cake and serve with vanilla ice-cream. Yum yum!

Ingredients

2-serving
  1. 100 Grams Dark Chocolate Ganache
  2. 40 Grams Sugar Powdered
  3. 40 Grams Butter
  4. 20 Grams Flour
  5. 1 Pinch Baking Powder
  6. 1 Pinch Salt
  7. 2 Eggs

Method

30 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Keep aside.

    Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler. Keep aside.

    Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Slowly add flour to the egg mixture and then add the chocolate mixture. Mix gently.

    Butter and dust with flour, 2 ramekins. Add the batter to about 3/4 level.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 mins. The center is left under baked intentionally. So you will notice it is just set at the top.

    Remove from ramekins and serve with vanilla ice cream.
