A tasty and simple prawns fry recipe

  1. 1/2 Kilogram prawns
  2. 2 Tablespoons Corn Flour
  3. 1 Egg White
  4. 1 Tablespoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  6. 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
  7. 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
  8. 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
  9. 2 Tablespoons Garlic paste
  10. 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
  11. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  12. Salt
  13. 1 Onion
  14. 1/2 Capsicum
  15. 10 Curry Leaves
  16. Coconut Oil

Method

30 mins
  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Combine ingredients from 2 to 12, and make a paste. Marinate the prawns with the above paste and keep it aside for 30 mins.

    Heat oil in a pan, and deep fry the prawns.

    Saute chopped onion, capsicum, and curry leaves in a pan, and add the fried prawns to it, and saute for a minute. Prawns fry is ready to serve!!
