Ingredients

15 mins
2-serving
  1. 3 Tablespoons Coffee powder
  2. ¾ Cup Water
  3. 1½ Cups Milk
  4. 2½ Teaspoons Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prerequisite: You need a coffee filter for making filter coffee. It has a percolator with fine holes at its base and a lid on its top and a collector at its bottom.

  2. 2

Add 3 tablespoons of coffee to the percolator and spread it evenly over the mesh.

  3. 3

Add hot water to the percolator and close it with the lid. Allow the decotion to drip through the holes at the base of the percolator.

  4. 4

After 10 minutes, you can see the coffee decotion collected in the collector which forms the lower part of the coffee filter.

  5. 5

To make 2 cups of coffee, take around 1/2 cup of decotion from the container in a wide vessel. Take around 1.5 cups of milk in a glass.

  6. 6

Add a part of the milk to the decotion. Add 2.5 teaspoons of sugar to the coffee. Mix well using both the vessel and the glass in the mix and pour fashion.

  7. 7

You can use the same wet coffee powder in the percolator to make decotion once more before you throw it off, by adding hot water to it and repeating the entire process. But it would make a lighter coffee the next time.
