Love is in the air!!! Valentines Day is fast approaching and whats a Valentines Day without yummy desserts?Here are some Pink cupcakes that suits the mood and is very easy to make!!! Happy Valentines and Happy Baking!!

  1. 1 1/4 Cups All purpose flour
  2. 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  3. 1/2 Cup Butter , softened
  4. 1 1/4 Cups Milk
  5. 3 Teaspoons Baking powder
  6. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  7. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  8. 1/8 Teaspoon Pink food colour
  9. 3 eggs Large

    Preheat oven to 170 degree.

    In a large bowl, beat all ingredients together on low-speed for approximately 30 seconds or until combined, scraping bowl as needed. Increase speed to high for 3 minutes, scraping bowl as needed.

    Fill cupcake tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes or until cupcakes are set and spring back when touched lightly. Cool completely on wire rack.
