  1. PIzza Base
  2. 250 Grams all purpose Flour
  3. 3/4 Teaspoon sugar
  4. 1 Teaspoon Yeast
  5. To Taste salt
  6. 150 Millilitres water
  7. 2 Teaspoons oilve oil
  8. Pizza topping
  9. pizza sauce
  10. 2 onion
  11. 1 Capsicum
  12. 1 tomato
  13. 1/2 Teaspoon pepper

  1. Add Photo

    Pizza Base:Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

    In a bowl add the flour, salt and the frothy yeast mixture and knead the dough into a smooth, springy ball..

    Apply some olive oil all over the dough.

    Cover and keep it at room temperature for 3 hours, till the dough is doubled.

    Pizza assemblingPreheat the oven at 180C for 10 mints.

    Roll the dough to small rounds with thickness of 1.5 inches. Prick the base with fork to make sure of even cooking.

    Spread the pizza sauce. Then onion, capsicum and lastely tomato. Now sprinkle pepper. Top with lots of grated cheeseand to end with sprinkle some oregano.

    Bake for 15- 20 mins,till the base turns golden brown
