Knock yoursocks off with this ridiculously easy, incredibly tasty custard pie. Yep, in a blender. The flour sinks to the bottom to create a "crust" and the custard filling is perfectly sweet and eggy.
Preheat oven to 350F, generously butter a pie dish
Add all ingredients EXCEPT nutmeg to a blender, pulse for a minute or so, until the ingredients are well combined.
Pour it all into the prepared pie dish, sprinkle with nutmeg, and bake for 45 minutes. Allow it to cool in the refrigerator completely before slicing and serving.
