When you are staring at a near empty fridge and all you see is a box of dried shrimps.
Heat Coconut Oil.
Add curry leaves, dried chillies, and shallots.
Fry for a few minutes, and add salt, green chillies and ginger. Roast for a few minutes. Add the coconut and the dried shrimp. Saute for 5 minutes.
Transfer into a processor and grind for a few seconds with tamarind water.
Add this to a bowl of rice.
