  1. 1 Bunch Spinach
  2. 2 Potatoes (Large) Cooked
  3. 1 Onion (large)
  4. 3 Green Chilli Chopped
  5. 1 Tablespoon Ginger Grated
  6. 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
  7. 5 Bread Crumbled Slice
  8. 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
  9. 1 Pinch Garam Masala Powder
  10. 1 Teaspoon Mango Powder Dry
  11. Salt
  12. Oil

  1. Add Photo

    Combine all the above ingredients (except oil) and shape into pattis. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  2. Add Photo

    Heat a non-stick Pan and drizzle some oil and place 4-5 kebabs and shallow fry on both sides till brown.

  3. Add Photo

    Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
