Spicy Egg Roast

  1. 1 Tablespoon Green Chilli (chopped)
  2. 1 Cup Onions (chopped)
  3. 2 Teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. 2 Tablespoons Chilli powder
  5. 2 Tablespoons Coriander powder
  6. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  7. 2 Tablespoons Oil
  8. 3/4 Cup Tomatoes (chopped)
  9. Egg Boiled - As Needed
  10. Curry Leaves

  1. Add Photo

    Heat the oil in a kadai and add the curry leaves, green chillis and onion to it. Saute till the onion becomes translucent

  2. Add Photo

    Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes

  3. Add Photo

    Mix the chilli powder, coriander powder and the garam masala powder with a little bit of water and add it to the the kadai

  4. Add Photo

    Saute till the raw smell goes (for about 5 to 6 minutes on medium flame)

  5. Add Photo

    Let the water dry off and the oil separates from the masala

  6. Add Photo

    Add tomatoes along with a little bit of water and cook till it becomes soft

  7. Add Photo

    Add salt and cook till done

  8. Add Photo

    Add the boiled eggs and mix

  9. Add Photo

    Serve with hot appams
