My idea of a Saturday morning breakfast. But it's one of the fastest, delicious breakfast you can have when you are running for work.

Ingredients

1-serving
  1. 2 Eggs
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Basil Flakes
  5. Olive Oil Margarine Cooking Oil / /

Method

    Add Photo

    Heat a nonstick pan.

    Grease the pan with olive oil (or cooking oil).

    Hold an egg over the pan and break it with a spoon. The yolk should fall smoothly.

    Repeat step 3 for the other egg in such a way that it falls next to the first egg,

    Sprinkle salt, pepper and basil flakes over the eggs. (The eggs will look like open eyes.)

    Cover the pan for few seconds, The top will cook as well.

    Lift the pan and the fried eggs will slide out into your serving plate.

    Sunnyside up is ready and can be enjoyed with or without tomato ketchup. (Baked beans and bread are the best accompaniments)
