A very simple egg-less dessert with a fruity citrus twist
Dissolve gelatin in water on a low flame until it is dissolved. Keep this aside.
Mix together milk, condensed milk, juices and blend well.
Add soaked gelatin to this. Mix well again.
Now add the cut orange segments and shredded orange rinds to the mixture. You can add more segments according to your taste and needs.
In another bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar.
Add the cream to orange mixture and pour this into a serving dish.
Refrigerate till the souffle is set. Garnish with orange segments and serve chilled.
