Orange lemon souffle

A very simple egg-less dessert with a fruity citrus twist

  1. , 1 Tin Milkmaid
  2. 2 Oranges , Juice Of
  3. 2 Lemons , Juice Of
  4. 4 Orange , Segments
  5. 1 Teaspoon Orange , Shredded Rinds Of
  6. 2 Tablespoons Gelatin powder
  7. 1 Cup Milk , cold
  8. 1 Cup Cream
  9. 1 Tablespoon Sugar , Powdered
  10. 1/2 Cup Water

  1. Add Photo

    Dissolve gelatin in water on a low flame until it is dissolved. Keep this aside.

  2. Add Photo

    Mix together milk, condensed milk, juices and blend well.

    Add soaked gelatin to this. Mix well again.

  4. Add Photo

    Now add the cut orange segments and shredded orange rinds to the mixture. You can add more segments according to your taste and needs.

    In another bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar.

  6. Add Photo

    Add the cream to orange mixture and pour this into a serving dish.

    Refrigerate till the souffle is set. Garnish with orange segments and serve chilled.
