Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

Usually all the recipes of brownies call for a large amount of butter which I generally do not like in mine. So I have reduced the quantity of butter in this one. Pretty easy to make, best eaten with a tall glass of milk, these fudgy brownies are truly a treat. :)

  1. 150 Grams Dark Chocolate
  2. 80 Grams Butter
  3. 160 Grams Sugar Powdered
  4. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  5. 90 Grams Flour
  6. 3 Eggs
  7. 1 Pinch Salt

Method

    Add Photo

    Prepare an 8 inch square cake pan by lining with butter paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler.

    Add the sugar to the above hot mixture and mix well.

    Cool the mixture a little and then add vanilla essence and the eggs, beating well after each addition.

    Fold in the flour and salt.

    Pour in the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 mins until a toothpick inserted comes out with little crumbs. Do not overbake.
