Pasta In Tomato sauce!!

This is a veg pasta recipie...To make it non veg,add some sausages or chicken or any meat of your choice...:)

Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 3 Cups Pasta
  2. 4 Tomatoes , chopped
  3. 1 Onion , sliced
  4. 1 Carrot
  5. 1 Capsicum
  6. 3 Tablespoons Garlic , chopped
  7. 5 Tablespoons Butter
  8. 2 Tablespoons Cornflour Maida /
  9. 1/2 Litre Milk
  10. 1 Teaspoon Pepper , ground
  11. Salt
  12. 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  13. 1/4 Cup cheese , grated

Method

    Add Photo

    Cook the pasta in salt water.Drain the water and keep it aside.

    Heat 3 tablespoon of butter in a kadai and add garlic.Once the garlic is done add onions and saute it for 2 mins.Add chopped tomatoes.Cook it until it becomes a creamy texture.Add capsicum(chopped) and carrot(chopped)and cook it.

    Meanwhile we can make white sauce.Heat 2 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry cornflour for a minute.Now add 1/4 cup of milk and make a paste.Now add rest of the milk and bring to boil.Add pepper powder also.Switch off the flame and keep it aside.

    Once the vegetable got cooked add the pasta,salt and oregano.Give a nice mix.Cover it with a lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes.Now add the white sauce to pasta.Switch off the flame and spread the grated cheese on top.serve it hot.
