Kale and savoy cabbage salad with sesame dressing

The kale and cabbage salad with sesame dressing is a hearty main course. The orange segments give the salad a fruity fresh taste.   1. 200 Grams savoy cabbage
  2. 200 Grams kale
  3. 2 oranges
  4. 150 Grams peanuts
  5. 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  6. 1 lemon
  7. 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  8. 4 Tablespoons canola oil
  9. 3 Teaspoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
  10. 1 Clove garlic
  11. Number Orange juice
  12. 1 acacia honey
  13. 1 Pinch salt
  14. 1 Pinch pepper

    Free the kale from the stalks and coarse ribs. Cut the kale in very small pieces.

    Cut the halved savoy cabbage in small thin strips.
