Ingredients

4-serving
  1. 250 strips Chicken cut into Grams
  2. 1 Teaspoon Ginger (1) paste
  3. 1 Teaspoon Garlic (2) paste
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper (3) powder
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Soy sauce (4)
  6. 1 Egg white (5)
  7. 3 Tablespoons Cornflour maida (6) /
  8. To Taste salt (7)
  9. 1 Teaspoon Gingerchopped
  10. 1 Teaspoon Garlicchopped
  11. 2 Onionschopped
  12. 2 carrot chopped
  13. 1/2 capsicum chopped
  14. 1/4 broccoli (optional)
  15. 1 Teaspoon Celery chopped
  16. 1 1/2 Teaspoons chilly Red flakes
  17. 2 Teaspoons Cashewchopped
  18. 2 Tablespoons tomato sauce
  19. 2 Teaspoons soya sauce
  20. 1 Teaspoon spring onion chopped
  21. 1 Teaspoon sugar
  22. 1 1/2 Teaspoons chilly Kashmiri powder
  23. oil (to fry)

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients 1 to 7 and set aside for 15 minutes.

    Fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.

    In the same pan keep 2 tablespoons of used oil and remove the excess oil.

    Saute ginger,garlic,onion,carrot,capsicum and brocoli till soft.

    Now add cashew,tomato sauce,soya sauce,red chilly flakes and kashmiri chilly powder and saute well.

    Lastly add sugar,spring onion, celery and cook for 5 mints.Serve hot.
