Simple Vinaigrette Salad

This is the simplest salad I make. I eat this with meat for lunch or sometimes with eggs for breakfast.Feel free to make a completely different salad by using a different oil, a different vinegar (or another acid), or a different leafy green as desired and tweak the proportions to taste.



  1. 50 Grams spinach (1 large handful)
  2. 2 Teaspoons olive oil
  3. 1 Teaspoon balsamic vinegar

    Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small dressing bowl.

    Whisk together the vinegar and olive oil.

    Place spinach in a salad bowl. Pour dressing on top and toss to combine.
