Heat oven to 180°C. In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar & vanilla essence until fluffy. Beat in eggs and milk until creamy.
Stir in oats, flour, baking soda and salts. Fold in chocolate chips. (If u can refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours much better)
Make small balls and arrange on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
